    Practising certificate confirmed with the regulator (SRA, Conseil de l'Ordre, Ordem dos Advogados, ICAB, TBB).

    Foreign-buyer caseload

    Minimum 30% of last 24 months billable work is cross-border property.

    No agent/developer conflicts

    Zero referral fees from selling agents, developers, or mortgage brokers on Outpost-introduced matters.

  4. 04

    Fixed fee within 48h

    Quoted total within two business days of brief intake. No hourly billing creep.

  5. 05

    English communication

    Native or near-native English in writing and on calls — your interface to the matter.

  6. 06

    Buyer-rated feedback loop

    After completion, the buyer rates the experience. Three sub-3 ratings trigger a review.

Buyer-side fee model. Outpost users get one solicitor introduction free with every analysis. Each additional intro is €19, or unlimited on Pro. Firms pay us a flat per-match fee — never a percentage of your transaction.
