Delivery & Returns

This page explains how Outpost's digital services are delivered and the refund/cancellation terms. All products are digital — there is no physical shipping.

1Delivery method & timing

Outpost products (analysis report/dossier, Investor subscription, instant digital products, Concierge) are delivered entirely digitally. There is no physical delivery.

  • On payment confirmation the service is performed immediately: report/tool access opens in your account, the subscription activates, the instant product is generated.
  • The delivery channels are your account dashboard and your registered email address.
  • For instantly generated reports, performance typically takes a few minutes depending on load.

If payment is taken but access doesn't open, contact hello@outpostabroad.com with your order details — we'll restore access promptly or refund you.

2Refund & cancellation

For digital services, refunds depend on whether performance has begun:

  • Not yet performed (report not opened/downloaded, instant product not generated): full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Already performed (report generated/opened, instant product produced): no withdrawal/refund, as the service has been consumed.
  • Subscriptions: cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. No mid-period pro-rata refund.
  • Concierge: full refund if cancelled before coordination begins.

3Refund process

Send refund requests to hello@outpostabroad.com. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt, to the original payment method (your card via Creem). No bank/commission cost is added to the refund.
